Annapurna Base Camp Trek

The classic trek in the Annapurna region is to so call Annapurna sanctuary; the site of the base camp is used by expeditions attempting the massif south face of Annapurna I. The trek to Annapurna base camp combines some of the most spectacular Himalayan scenery with a fascinating insight into the life of middle hill Nepalese. Spend at least one full day inside the sanctuary, side trips across the south Annapurna glacier, north Annapurna base camp allow for an even better appreciation of this unique place. Anytime, trekkers must beware of snowfall and avalanches that can block the narrow entrance to the sanctuary.

Itinerary

Day 01:

Meeting upon arrival at Kathmandu International by our representative, transfer to the Hotel

Day 02:

Sightseeing at Kathmandu valley, overnight at hotel.
Today, we visit world heritage site in Kathmandu including Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath (temple of Shiva), Boudhnath and Swoyambhunath.

Day 03:

Depart to Pokhara.Six hours scenic drive through Prithvi highway. overnight at hotel.

Day 04:

Drive to Naya Pool and start trek to Ulleri (2073meters), overnight at guest house We begins our trek at Naya Pool, an hour drive from Pokhara. After 20-minutes walk along the Modi stream, we reach at Birethanti, beautiful village has plenty of tea shops and guest houses. We then follow the left route through the village. Our trek will continue heading to Ulleri follows the bank of the Burungdi stream. We climb slightly up to the valley of Hile at an altitude of 1495meters and Tikhedhunga at 1525meters. The trail leads steep up to Ulleri at an altitude of 2073meters (a large beautiful Magar village) through the stone slabs. Generally, Today's trek offer you an memorable experience to trek in Nepal.

Day 05:

Trek to Ghorepani (2856meters), overnight at guest house Today our trek leading us to the Ghorepani, one of the popular destination of Annapurna region situated at an altitude of 2856meters. Our trek gently ascends up to Banthanti (2250meters) through Oak & rhododendron forest. We then continuous trek towards to Ghorepani through Nangeythanti (2460meteres). Today we walk approximately 5hrs.

Day 06:

Trek to Tadapani (2625meters), overnight at guest house Climb up to Poon Hill (3210meter) early in the morning to see the panoramic views of Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Lamjung Himalayan ranges as well as sunrise over the tolerable Himalayas. Having its great views of Himalayan panorama from Poon Hill, descends to Ghorepani and continuous trek to Tadapani (2625meter) after having breakfast. We will trek towards to Tadapani along the ridges of rhododendron and pine forest.

Day 07:

Trek to Chhomrong (2020meters) Today's trail follows descends down to Kimrong stream through the forest of rhododendron. We then walk towards Chhomrong crossing through the village of Gurjung. Chhomrong offers you close views of Mt. Annapurna south and Hiun Chuli and virgin peak fishtail.

Day 08:

Trek to Dovan, overnight at guest house We descending down to Chhomrong stream, and again heading up to Dovan crossing through silent rhododendron forest.

Day 09:

Trek to Deurali (3200meters), overnight at guest house Today, we climb to Deurali through the rhododendron and bamboo forest. The place located on the ridge of Hinko Cave & is the trail most stretch subject to avalanche.

Day 10:

Trek to Annapurna base camp (4131meters), overnight at guest house The day begins with climbs to Machhapuchhre base camp (3900meters) and to Annapurna base camp. Since the area surrounded by the mountains of every side known as Annapurna Sanctuary. The area gives you an spectacular views of the Himalayas including Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Barah Shikhar.

Day 11:

Trek back to Sinuwa, overnight at guest house Finally, we turn back to Sinuwa with the remembrance of Annapurna south and the giant Himalayan peaks.

Day 12:

Trek to Jhinu hill, overnight at guest house Today, we will swim at natural hot water spring at Jhinu.

Day 13:

Trek to Tolka (1700meters), overnight at guest house Our trek will follow another beautiful village of this trek known as Tolka crossing through Landruk. Still, you will have great views of Mt. Annapurna South and Hiun Chuli from your window.

Day 14:

Trek to Dhampus (1500meters), overnight at guest house The day starts with steps climb through the forest until Deurali. Deurali gives you a nice views of Pokhara valley on the south and the Annapurna ranges on the north. We then descends to Dhampus, a beautiful village.

Day 15:

Trek to Phedi and drive back to Pokhara, overnight at hotel Finally, we finished our trek after descending to Phedi and drive back to Pokhara.

Day 16:

Exploring Pokhara valley, overnight at hotel Today, we will visit most of the popular destination of Pokhara including Devi's fall, Cave, World Peace Stupa, and join boating at Lake Phewa.

Day 17:

Drive back to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel

Day 18:

Free day in Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.

Day 19:

Transfer to airport, departure on your own destination
